Ayurvedic Cooking Course


Ayurvedic cooking is one of  the best ways to maintain health. A healthy food means a  good intake of all the nutrients along with the healing effect. Ayurvedic cooking helps you in achieving this.
The practical part covers preparation and cooking of foods. We will learn to cook a full course meal meal which includes an appetizer, a main course and a dessert.

This is a full day course and constitues of both theoratical and practical parts.

The theoritical part covers some interesting subjects such as :


  • The history of Ayurvedic Foods
  • The roles of five elements theory in Ayurvedic Cooking
  • How to maintain harmony between foods and digestive organs
  • The role of Ayurvedic Herbs that are used in cooking and many valuable information/ tips related to foods and digestion.
